We use traditional production methods with modern techniques to constantly improve our quality without adding any preservatives or MSG. Our unique process involves kettle cooking, stir-frying, hand-slicing, and hand-packing along with careful seasoning using freshly chopped herbs and other aromatic ingredients to deliver you the best quality taste of Vietnam.
